For Marco and Alice the relax of their guests is very important and they have tried to guarantee it to all travelers, trying not to leave out any aspect.

The room is equipped with a large king size bed (200x210) that can be separated, with a 24 cm high hypoallergenic mattress and a 4 cm topper,
dimmable led lights built into the headboard,
fast charging station for tablets and smartphones,
desk corner and 55 "smart TV,
wardrobe with mirror
and code safe.
An air conditioner will guarantee the ideal temperature even in the hottest days.
Bathroom
Equipment
Relax is not only guaranteed in the moment of your rest: also a pleasant shower can be important to reinvigorate one's strength.
Marco and Alice have tried not to neglect this aspect of your stay, just as much importance is given to cleanliness and hygiene.
The shower is very large and equipped with different jet, rain, waterfall systems and includes a hand shower for smaller customers.
Each guest will have a
bathrobe and shower towels.
The courtesy line supplied is complete with shower gel, soap, shampoo and conditioner, as well as soap for personal hygiene and hand soap.
In the toilet, the hydrobrush guarantees greater hygiene, as does the sanitizer that is automatically dispensed with each rinse.
Breakfast area

Regardless of the type of breakfast you choose (at the bar, in the room or prepared by yourselves), a kettle with different types of tea and herbal teas, together with a coffee machine will always be at your disposal.
In this area there is also a minibar which is totally included in the price of the stay, as well as a small BB Welcome present.

Whether you are two couples of travelers or a family with children, our solution for additional guests will be for you.
A large sofa bed with a blackout curtain system will guarantee the privacy of the couple or the independence of the children from their parents. In this area there is also another 55 "smart TV.
Another air conditioner unit will guarantee a differentiated temperature according to the needs of different guests.
